Negative thoughts in someone's mind lead to depression.

Many of my patients struggle with an unhealthy, unhealthy thinking cycle. They say it sounds like it is out of control, it never ends, and it is very disruptive.
It is easy to see what they are saying as the repetition of the same circuits shot in their brain for weeks, months or years finally, makes a particular neural network stronger, more structured and almost automatic. Almost anything will trigger this circuit as a response and it is hours and a large amount of cortisol release, nail biting, wandering, argument or confusion as to why you are crying or unable to get out of bed, before we try to understand what really happened there.
The trying times we all are experiencing are not good. I have to make sure that the cycles and practices of opposite thinking are not new to humanity. This was to help us survive and prosper over time. But in the long run, this has done much damage because of the release of stress hormones that have many negative effects on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The good news is that many people are starting to talk about mental health and are eager to understand what we can do to make things better for our bodies and minds. There is an acceptable change in attitude and a lot of interest, attracting and motivating to find physical body relationships, exploring inner strength and empowerment by taking the strings of our thoughts into our hands. Many have used peace over the past one year to improve their quality of life and are able to look at what they bring to the table when they are depressed. They have also been able to see that they have a role to play in the choices they make that lead to certain daily outcomes. There has been a shift from "other-centric" or suspicious external thinking to more self-conscious and "clear" -thinking.
That said, just awareness, unfortunately, is not enough. Following is a tool I have developed and I humbly recommend that we invest in it, daily as many times as possible. The reason for this is that as the development of a negative thought cycle is enhanced and it becomes an automatic reflex response by repetition, the constructive and productive thought cycle can also be tested, made and operated.
I call it the RARE tool that stands for seeing, accepting, resolving and finally, Try.
This tool has helped several of my patients, parent clients, families and especially me, a mindless visual experience, to break down negative cycles, gain more control over irrational indulgence leading to stress, emotional distress, potential illness and product development. This tool also helps to present, remember, reflect, build self-awareness and intentionally shift constructive thinking.
We often find ourselves trapped in a pattern of thinking that we can classify as positive or negative thinking, productive or non-productive thinking. A serious disability or emotional disturbance caused by thoughts that we were unable to grasp at the time is a common result of negative thinking. This tool is specially designed to help us with self-discipline which is a process of testing, transforming, transforming and restoring negative thoughts without beating ourselves up.
FACT:
1. Know- There are times when irrational or negative thoughts sink into or enter our minds. No matter how much we wish the automatic alarm would move us away from this, let us know about this bad start, triviality or analysis that has hit us right now and saved us for the next tragedy, this reminder will have to be made to be default. The initial adoption of such a thought process applies to the way in which we begin to listen to what it has to say to us. This knowledge is important, not to start a new cycle of guilt or self-indulgence in the last half of the lost hour in sweating on something that happened five years ago or god forbid happening in the future. Wherever in this monologue we see emptiness and ignorance, it helps and our alarm bell stops.
2. Accept- Recognition of a post, we often skip the judging stage. "How stupid I am to think like this, why can't I stop doing this to myself!" - it leads us directly to great sorrow, frustration and guilt. Accept the fact that these thoughts are normal and that everyone has them, even people who seem to be victims of your own misery. Even though we know they are unproductive and ugly, it is more important to accept and accept than to deny and make fun of. Set thinking mistakes in general because they are truly common and often ways to combat the mistakes found along the way. Stop judging, labeling or calling yourself having these thoughts.
3. Solve- The same place of thinking, where negative thoughts are found, is where we should have this conversation where we show the decision to close a useless conversation and replace it with something meaningful, constructive, enlightening, instructive and relaxing. To change, erase, contradict and correct our wrong thinking process is not easy but also impossible. It requires patience, persistence, and action. We can also include points of action and objectives related to each thought. Decision gives us a goal, a vision, an inner strength and a voice to support ourselves in bringing about a change of mindset.
4. Trying- Once we saw a certain idea, we accepted it and decided to change it, the only thing left to do. To try one at a time, again and again, consistently and without the pressure of putting it all in within a day, we need to switch gears to action mode. Often, once we have reached the settlement stage, the efforts become easier. Once we start working on it, we will often look and enlighten, enlighten and enlighten ourselves, the wonderful idea of controlling our thoughts and feelings and freeing ourselves from feelings that we cannot help where our mind is going.
