While each country has its own specific requirements and travelers should always check the appropriate foreign offices, here are countries that are already welcoming vaccinated visitors.
Estonia

The Estonian Foreign Office advice states: "As of February 1, a 10-day isolation test and Covid-19 test is not mandatory for people who have been tested with Covid-19 and claim to have been treated for more than six months; six years ago. "
The FCDO states that "the official print of the foreign health system will also be accepted," instead of proof that you have received a vaccine in Estonia.
Romania

Romanian travelers who are unable to provide proof of vaccination will be required to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test certificate, which took more than 72 hours before entering Romania.
Georgia

Foreign nationals from several countries, including the UK, are allowed to enter Georgia by plane under certain conditions.

Seychelles

As of March 25, the Seychelles is open to all visitors, regardless of the nature of the vaccine, with the exception of travelers from South Africa.
Visitors from all over the world will be required to report a negative PCR test done within 72 hours before departure and must reside in an approved accommodation area. There is no need to be separated and there are no restrictions on the departure of visitors when they enter.
Iceland
From April 6, all travelers, regardless of nationality, are welcome to visit Iceland if they can show either a full Covid-19 vaccination certificate or a Covid-19 pre-infection certificate.
Croatia
From April 1, anyone who submits a Covid-19 vaccination certificate (with the last dose taken at least 14 days before their arrival) can enter Croatia. You can also enter with a negative test result taken more than 48 hours before your arrival in the country.
Montenegro
Fully vaccinated travelers from any country can enter Montenegro. They must receive their second dose at least seven days before arriving in the country.
Alternatively, you can visit with a negative test taken within 72 hours of travel
Belize
Belize became the first Caribbean country to receive vaccinated travelers, leaving the need for a negative Covid-19 test. Visitors can prove that they have both doses of the vaccine approved for at least two weeks before entering the country.
Cyprus
The country's tourism minister had earlier announced that British tourists who had been completely vaccinated against coronavirus could enter without limits from May 1.
Deputy Tourism Minister Savvas Perdios told Cyprus News Agency chief executive that Brits who have a jab will not need to be tested or should be isolated.
Greece
Speaking at the tourism conference, Tourism Minister Harry Theoharis said the nation would welcome visitors who would return from May 14, without the need to prove proof of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Spain
Tourism Minister Maria Reyes Maroto said Spain wanted to be a pioneer in the issuance of passports and made sure its department followed suit.
The minister did not say exactly where the launch would take place at any time, but reports indicate that it could be in mid-May.
Portugal
Rita Marques, Secretary of State for Tourism in Portugal, said authorities wanted to open restrictions on UK travelers from May, and that tourists would need to receive a Covid-19 vaccine, or be able to prove evidence of a negative Covid-19 pre-travel tests.
Speaking to LBC News, he said the country could be reopened from May or June, depending on the Covid-19 situation at the time.
Israel
Israel currently leads the world in terms of vaccination. More than half of its population have received the first volume - higher than any other country in the world.
Israel joins Greece in setting an example with a 'vaccination gun', which Cyprus also hopes to enter. All arrivals within the countries can avoid being divided on arrival and proof of defense.
