The economic model is the oldest one which was followed by the British Empire. And now this is outspreadingly followed by China.
It can be said that France is the creator of the militarist model. Some may oppugn and can consider the former Soviet Union as the creator of the model. But the Soviet's agendum was to spread communism all around the world and to be light into capitalism by establishing communism in other countries. Again it can't be said clearly that indirectly the Soviet Union had the desire to rule Europe and because of its break, we can't see the present result of what Soviet started in Eastern Europe back in its rule. They might have done the same, stealing resources considering permanency. Some may consider the USA as the creator of the militarist model.
So whatever, this all credit goes to France as they are successfully implementing this model in Africa from a very old period to till today. But the mess of the USA and Israel in the Middle East gave France the opportunity to stay behind the stage and leave feminization. France successfully has done that.
There's another reason that made the staying behind the stage which is depriving Africa of education. It's not about proper education. It's about getting a chance for education. The same happened in the case of the Rohingya community in Myanmar. In 1982 Burma government denied their nationality and shut down their schools. Now see the consequences. A whole generation is in darkness and doesn't know what to do. They even have failed to raise a leader who can lead them to get their rights back. Snatching education is the first step to wipe out a nation. Because an illiterate nation is like clay which can be played by anyone in any way. And the biggest matter is that this game is being played still now.
The USA has introduced a very new way of infiltration. They didn't even hesitate to infiltrate countries in the name of cleansing terrorism or dictatorships. In the dark of helping they did infiltrate in Afghanistan.
China which is the perfect superpower of 21st century infiltrating countries in their trap of debt in Africa and South Asia. In Africa Ethiopia and Angola and in South Asia Sri-Lanka and Pakistan are the worst sufferers.
In the end, superpowers infiltrate because it is needed to be done to run their empires and they got the resources to do that. This is why they are superpowers.
