Many of us can be astonished but the main fact is just like this. Because though trump wants war, some European countries like Germany and France don't. The main reason behind this type of move of European countries is the refugee crisis over the last couple of years. People are like ocean waves are moving towards Europe from the Middle East and Africa actually because of wars that are currently going on.
This is why some countries would have tried to abate clash as much as possible by saving Soleimani and the CIA had this point in their head from very early.
